Excellent service!! I called another company who came out and quoted me $4000 for a repair, or $8000-$16000 for total system replacement and charged $400 just to diagnose (it was after hours). I wanted a second opinion and was referred to Sunset. Evan immediately returned my call, arrived at my house within the hour, found the problem and had it corrected in less than 30 minutes. All that was needed was a top off of refrigerant and my house is cool and wife is happy. Cost around $400 which I gladly paid. So refreshing to find a company that corrects the problem and provides the customer what they need, rather than others whose main goal is to sell the highest priced product. I will absolutely be contacting Sunset in the future.
We woke up this morning to no A/C, I contacted Sunset around 7:00am and got an immediate response! They came and diagnosed the issue, drove in to pick up the part and had us back up and running by 5pm!! Their great customer service and work make them an easy company to 100% recommend!!
